• Parkinson's Disease/Progressive supranuclear palsy
• Palsy (aberrant III cranial nerve regeneration)

Chalasis of Lids : Blephrochalasis: Young age
Dermatochalasis: Old age
Arrange B and D in alphabetical order.

Clinical Picture of Symblepharon : "BLADE"
B - Bad cosmetic appearance
L - Limitation of ocular motility and diplopia
A - Ankyloblepharon
D - Diminution of vision in cases of corneal affection
E - Exposure Keratopathy and chronic conjuctivitis

Epicanthal Folds : "PITS"
P - Palpebralis (simple), broader above
I - Inversus, broader below
T - Tarsalis, equally broad above and below
S - Supraciliaris, origin from eyebrow

Hordeolum :

EXTERNAL HORDEOLUM (STYE): It is an acute suppurative inflammation of gland of the Zeis or Moll.

INTERNAL HORDEOLUM: CHALAZION: It is also called a tarsal or meibomian cyst. It is a chronic non-infective granulomatous inflammation of the meibomian gland.

Ptosis classification : T. MAN
T - Traumatic
M - Mechanical- Myogenic
A - Aponeurotic
N - Neurogenic

Stye and Chalazion:

STYE is Hordeolum externum (STAY OUT) ; Moll's gland/Zeis gland affected

Chalazion is Hordeolum INternum - Chronic Inflammatory granuloma of MEiBOMian glands.

TRO features : "PROLS"
P - Proptosis
R - Restrictive myopathy
O - Optic neuropathy
L - Lid retraction
S - Soft tissue involvement
