D : Distension: liver problems, bowel obstruction
R : Rigidity (board like): bleeding
G : Guarding: muscular tension when touched
E : Eviseration/ Ecchymosis
R : Rebound tenderness: infection
M : Masses

Branham sign: Definition ; "BRAnham sign"
BRAdycardia after Compression or Excision of a Large AV fistula.

Clinical Examination ; Initial Inspection of Patient from End of Bed : ABC"
A : Appearance (SOB, pain, etc)
B : Behaviour
C : Connections (drips, inhalers, etc connected to patient)

End-of-bed observations : "JACCOL"
J : Jaundice

Glasgow Coma Scale Components and Numbers : Scale types Are
3 V's
Visual response
Verbal response
Vibratory (motor) response
Scale scores are 4,5,6
Scale of 4: see so much more
Scale of 5: talking jive
Scale of 6: feels the pricks(if testing motor by pain withdrawl)
